A: All insurances are accepted.
Q: What does a new patient need to bring to the appointment?
A: Insurance cards and all medication bottles.
Q: How do I get my records from my former provider?
A: We will send to get records at your first appointment
Q: How do I reach you outside of office hours?
A: Call the office and listen to the choices, you can get the emergency after hours button.
Q: What if I am admitted to the hospital?
A: We have a contract with the hospital to admit our patients to the hospitalist and then after discharge you will come back to us for your hospital follow up.
